The Frame-Westerberg Commons provides a 'living room' and 'hearthstone' of the campus. Meant for use by all that visit the campus, the Commons makes available many different amenities for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. Upon entering the Commons, you'll come to the William D. Mackowski Lobby, named after Pennsylvania State Representative Mackowski for supporting Pitt-Bradford and for his advocacy of higher education.
Offices that are found in the Commons are:
- Conference Services
- Health Services with a self-care area.
- Residential Life and Housing
- Student Affairs
- Student Activities
Also available in the Commons are the Panther Shop, which is the campus bookstore and convenience store, the Commons Cafe, the Dining Room, the Mail room and resident student mailboxes, and the Information Desk.

The Information Desk provides such services as:
- Will Call
- Lost and found
- Campus and local information including menus to local restaurants
- Game room equipment and board games
- Access to club and organization keys
- Availability to the club resource room supplies
Other resources available to everyone in the Frame-Westerberg Commons are the TV Lounge in the lobby, featuring comfortable seating; the game room which contains two pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table, and Foosball table. There is also a lounge upstairs and an ATM machine located by the Reed-Coit entrance to the Commons.
Many student run organizations also have their "headquarters" located in the Commons. The Student Government Association (SGA) and the Student Activities Council (SAC) both are housed in the Student Activities office in Room 206. WDRQ, the campus radio station, is located beside the Commons Cafe and can be found on the radio at 1620 on the AM dial. The Source, the student newspaper, is located in an office on the second floor of the Commons. The Source is published on Fridays, once every two weeks during the academic year and can be found throughout the Commons and on campus.
Other areas such as the Mukaiyama University Room and Student Club Meeting Rooms A, B, C and D are also in the Frame-Westerberg Commons. The University Room is where the Student Activities Council (SAC) holds many of its events during the year. Clubs and organizations are able to reserve any of theses rooms to hold meetings and events. Students have the ability to reserve the rooms for study groups through Conference Services. Also available to the clubs and organizations on campus in the Club Resource Room & Lounge found upstairs. Items such as paints, markers, and paper are available upon request at the Information Desk to be used in the Resource Room.
