Nov. 8 is National First-Generation College Celebration Day
If you’re a first-generation college student – neither of your parents earned a four-year college or university degree – you’re in good company. Nearly 50% of our students are first-gen. Many of our faculty and staff are first-gen, too.
We celebrate the accomplishments and determination of all of our first-gen students, and we’re here to answer your questions, give you guidance, provide academic resources and remind you that you belong here.
