Virtual Resume and Cover Letter Reviews

  • To schedule a meeting, either in person or via Zoom, to meet to review your documents.
  • Make sure you have a document started and forward it to Angie before the scheduled appointment. Word documents – not PDFs -- are preferred.
  • If requesting a cover letter review, include a link or screen shot for the position to which you are applying.
  • Remember to make the suggested changes soon after you receive the notes so information doesn’t get lost.

Quick Career-Ready Resources

Create and Maintain Your Online Presence

  • Create meaningful profiles in Handshake, LinkedIn, and any job boards you may be utilizing and keep them current
  • Upload fresh resumes clearly indicating the name of your degree (i.e. Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry). It is acceptable to exclude mailing address from these online versions.
